ORANGE BRUTUS OPENS AT AYALA CENTRAL BLOC

The Orange Brutus story stated with 2 businessmen who wanted to offer something new to the Cebunos market in 1980. They want4ed to offer a product that would make a statement and set the trend in Cebu's food industry. As it turned out, this bold step turned out to be the right decision because it gave birth to the queen city's first-ever hamburger chain which came to be known as Orange Brutus. The doors oft heir first store opened in Colon, Cebu City.

Over time, Orange Brutus prospered, adding more to their menu selection. Among these are Sizzling Burger Steak and chicken Brutus which became their bestsellers, along with their Mango Shake, Bakeshop products have also added to the list, paving the way to another bestseller: a moist chocolate cake aptly named "Chocolate Monster".

Aside from their first priority of serving quality and affordable food that delights customers, Orange Brutus sees to it their products are healthy and nutritious. Hence, they are made from scratch in their commissary to ensure that the ingredients, which are mostly sourced locally, are served fresh daily. Most of these raw ingredients undergo an ozonation process that takes away harmful bacteria and chemicals: thereby, keeping food fresh longer, without the usage of harmful additives. After almost 40years, Orange Brutus has a total of 25 outlets and still growing.

Looking back at the company's history, it can honestly say the journey has been challenging, happy and fulfilling, adventure. Having successfully introduced Cebuanos to exciting and satisfying dining experiences, it continues to enjoy a large share of the market even with the proliferation of multinational food chains in the city, thus becoming a homegrown brand that is proudly Cebu's First Favorite.
