Megaworld to build 'BEACH MALL' in Mactan Newtown. New mall on a shoreline cliff to be highlighted by a man-made lagoon, boutique hotel, garden chappel, beach walk, and raws of retail shops and restaurants including for cinemas.

Megaworld will spend P1.5-billion to build the Mactan Newtown Beach Walk, which is expected for completion in 2021.
